Dr. Ashley Caron-Brummel, DVM, CVA

Dr. Caron-Brummel is a Central Valley native who has spent the last ten years working with local veterinarians to improve the health of dogs, cats, horses, and livestock. Now, she is excited to return as a veterinarian to continue this mission. Dr. Caron-Brummel did her undergraduate work at UC Davis, graduating with a B.S. in Animal Science and a minor in Art History. She also became certified in Animal Massage while a junior in college. After, she completed veterinary school also at UC Davis. During this time, Dr. Caron-Brummel earned her certification in Veterinary Acupuncture from the Chi Institute. Among Dr. Caron-Brummel’s many veterinary interests are sports medicine and lameness, integrative medicine, small animal surgery, and equine medicine. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, painting, spending time traveling, horseback riding, and watching the Great British Baking Show. Some of her favorite moments are spent with her Golden Retriever/Great Pyrenees dog, Hank; two rescue cats, Bucky and Foxy; loving husband, Ray; and wonderful family and friends.
